We as women are constantly having to break through the barriers, proving that we are more than just  capable, but slot into the multi-tasking, organisers & achievers from the home to our work environments.   What is the Theme for 2022?  

* We Women want to achieve an equal world, particularly where we are doing the same/similar roles as our male colleagues; 

* We Women want a world that's free from stereotypes, discrimination & bias; 

* We Women want a world that's inclusive, equal & ethnically diverse, rich in cultures & backgrounds;

* We Women want a place where our differences are valued & celebrated, making us more compassionate, caring & considerate towards others;  and 

* Together we Women can Break The Bias for a better future for everyone. 

Let's do our part to be part of the bigger picture, Encouraging, Empowering, Uplifting, Supporting & Assisting where we can.

DO WHAT YOU LOVE

We often forget to think about ourselves, and we love to do.   Whether it's Art, Drawing, Photography, Writing, Studying - make a little time for yourself.  It's taken me a while to get back into Blog writing, as well as completing my Health studies.  But both will be back on track soon. 

What would you like to get back into doing, that is separate from work and taking care of your family?  I look forward to hearing your inspirational ideas!!!
