9 Years ago, I began a journey as the Alchemist! I was studying, writing recipes, blending & creating the all-natural skincare range of product, that became, 'Essentially Lili', using a play on words with essential oils & my name. It's been an exciting journey, particularly being able to assist with resolving skincare concerns and problems. Your feedback has allowed to me to make amendments, improvements as well as alter the application instructions to help others. For that, I thank you for being part of the process whilst using your all-natural skincare products!

Last month's blog talked about using St. John's wort, which is an ancient remedy that's has been used to treat various conditions from PMS, menopause, depression, together with skin conditions. Maintaining your skin healthy prevents dryness and issues arising. We spend more detailed time going through diets, lifestyle, environmental and other factors that could be causing the skin-issues.
