Jasmine Essential Oil (Jasminum officinale) comes from the Jasmine flower. It has been used for hundreds of years in various parts of Asia to help as a natural remedy for Overcoming Stress, Anxiety, Depression, Insomnia and balancing hormones, amongst other things as it works by influencing the nervous system positively.
Through Aromatherapy and the use of Jasmine flower can affect the body's temperature, response to stress, blood pressure, our heart rate and breathing. Nicknamed the 'Queen of the night', Jasmine oil's scent can be quite seductive, acting as a natural aphrodisiac as it increases sensuality.
