What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?

All delivery charges are based on the package’s weight and size. It will be automatically calculated once the products have been selected to complete the order.

Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?

We currently accept:
Stripe for International Mastercard / Visa Credit Cards;
Free IBAN Bank Transfers in Switzerland;
TWINT for Swiss Clients or
Cash On Pick Up for Local Clients.

How long will delivery take?

We use Swiss Die Post with Next Day Delivery, which is Tracked, Registered & Insured.

International delivery of packages will depend on your location & includes cost for Exporting overseas. Please see Shipping for more information.

What exactly happens after ordering?

You will receive an order acceptance via email. We will receive an email at the same time and will fulfill it as soon as possible.If there are any issues, we will contact you via email.
