This image so reminds me of growing up and spending most of my life in Australia. Beach houses at Brighton, colourful summer towels, the sea and surf, Combi Vans, lighthouses, boats and days out with family picnics on the beach til late at night.

We love being out in the sun as often as we can when especially whilst living in Switzerland. Our winters are cold enough, so we have to compensate by basking in the sunshine when we can!!

This year we are heading off to check out Calabria's beaches. It's one part of Italy we have not yet explored. We are looking forward to hanging out with the Italians, who know a few things about how to eat well!!

Where are you heading this summer? How many Aussies are coming up to Europe this year? We will be back in August, and production for fresh and new products will commence when the kids return to school. You still have time to get your products before we leave.

The benefits of Carrot Oil and Carrot Seed (Essential) Oil are often mistaken. The Carrot oil which is used as a base or carrier oil contains Vitamin A whilst the Essential Oil derived from wild carrot seeds does not.   The one I use in our skincare products is the Essential oil.

Some of the Benefits of Using Carrot Seed Oil include:
* It has natural antioxidant properties, often used in natural sunscreens.
* It helps repair damaged and dry skin, and is often added to help prevent wrinkles.
* It contains bioflavonoids together with being antifungal and antibacterial.
* Because of it's antioxidant properties, it can help protect the skin and hair from damage.

The end of Swiss and European School Year in July has seen many gifts sent out to their teachers.
