Standing out from the crowds can be difficult to do.  There are so many products available on the market, each with their story and often claims of being totally natural.  This is what people look for - Bio, Organic, All Natural, No Chemicals or Parabens.

Did you know that the bigger organisations are allowed to use these words on their products, even IF there are only 18-20% natural ingredients contained in the products?  So what are the other 80-82% of the ingredients contained in the product?   Take a closer look next time you're shopping online.  The actual natural ingredients are usually highlighted in Bold to stand out!

This is one of the reasons I chose not to become a representative for another skincare brand. I was scared to apply anything on my face as my experience with Commercial brands created many issues from dry cracked skin to Eczema.  This is the reason why Essentially Lili's products will only use 100% natural ingredients which are all listed on the webpage and the product labels.

I was also recently asked about my suppliers, which I don't normally divulge for professional reasons.  However, I will confirm that our Aromatherapy ingredients come from EU Certified Suppliers, providing 100% Pure Essential & Vegetable Organic Oils & Raw Materials.  

The oils are rich in Colour and will affect the final appearance of the product. For Example, my Rosehip Seed Oil is a bright red and the Avocado Oil is deep green.  We use a blend or combination of Cocoa, Shea Butter, Beeswax & Vegetable Carrier Oils as the base for our Products.  Our preservative is naturally sourced Grapefruit Seed Extract.  They are Vegan/Vegetarian and have not been tested on animals.

The Essentially Lili Range is also made without Additives like Silicone or Parabens.  They don't contain Mineral oils, Paraffins, Petrolates or PEG's like (polyethylene glycol), phenoxyethanolllll, SLS (sodium lauryl sulfate).  There are no Synthetics, Plastics, Microplastics, Fragrances, dyes or Synthetic Sunscreens & Nanoparticles. 

These additives and parabens are contained in man commercial products.  Those ingredients will give the  commercial blend the consistent squeezy stability for 2-3 years before it expires thanks to the additional preservatives. It will also allow the product to stay on any shop's window display in direct sunlight for months without altering the blend.  What you read is what you get in your product.  So next time you consider getting your products, spare a moment to read what's contained in the ingredients, and think about where and how long it's been stored.
