This newsletter & blog is to inform and encourage you to #Besafe #Stayathome #Takecare
There has been so much news about the health crisis gripping the world at the moment. I believe as more Countries around the world enforce lockdown to protect their citizens, we have become more scared for our own health, and those of our elderly, vulnerable loved ones.
I have tried to put together a combination of Science, Global statistics and some medical advice, collated from various sources to use as a guide during this stressful situation. Remember most of all:
* Stay at home unless absolutely necessary and remain connected with family & friends;
* Help out your elderly neighbours if you are able to, even if it means leaving groceries at their door to avoid contaminating or spreading the virus;
* Use common sense in all things - hand sanitizers in your car, avoid outdoor activity and be vigilant;
Sending you and your family virtual hugs of encouragement, Lili x
