All packages are Registered, Tracked & Insured for safe delivery, and are usually sent before 4pm between Monday & Thursday.
Packages are not sent on Fridays as Swiss Die Post do not deliver on the weekends.

In our experience, receiving packages at your destination depends on the efficiency of your Country’s Postal Service. We hope the packages arrive quickly and in the condition they were originally sent in, as per the guidelines above.
Packages outside of Switzerland:
All packages outside of Switzerland include Export forms, will be sent Registered, Tracked, Insured & with a request for Signature. Please allow for delays as receiving countries need time to process, customs clearance & other unforeseen issues.
COUNTRY GUIDELINES:
For EU, allow from 3-6 working days for the delivery of packages.
For the Rest of the World, allow 8-20 working days for customs clearance & delivery of packages.
UK is now part of the Rest of the World category since leaving the EU.
For UK & USA, allow 8-14 working days working days for customs clearance & delivery of packages.
