It feels like ages since I shared testimonials and reviews of clients with you.

When using all-natural skincare products becomes part of your daily routine, it’s easy to forget what your skin used to be like prior to using the range. I remember my skin feeling ‘ok’ for a time, before I needed to reapply expensive water-based products, as my face felt like it was going to crack if I didn’t moisturise.

Ironically, during the years of making Essentially Lili skincare products, I’m grateful that I apply daily to keep my soft & moisturised all day, before reapplying at night time after cleansing. Good skincare routines are necessary for long-term health and prevention of other unwanted issues.

Sometimes we feel that commercial brands, which spend millions of dollars on their advertising campaigns, have a magic element which will remove all our life-laughter-lines. Though a few moments checking their ‘list of ingredients’ will confirm that it contains mainly water, often synthetic elements & a splash of something natural, organic or BIO like ‘Lavender’, permitting them to use those latter words in the brand name! It shouldn’t be allowed!

Erin in Switzerland wrote regarding the Mozz Off : Love Lili, Love the Products! Lili is focused on customer care, both with making sure you have the right product and after care follow up! 5 Stars!

Another extremely popular product has been Go Molly which has not only dealt with treating warts, but we’ve also been using it as a disinfectant. The ingredients are calming and a better alternative to using harsh ingredients on those scrapes and cuts.

At our local school pool, it seems kids are constantly afflicted with the contagious spreading of warts, despite the use of chlorine in the water. The great thing about Go Molly is that it can be applied as often as needed to prevent new ones from popping up whilst treating the warts.

Fiona Affleck took a chance with the product and shared: Go Molly is an amazing product. I stopped using the lotion that the doctor prescribed as soon as I realised that even though this was more gentle, it was much more effective. On the last newsletter, I shared this client’s photos using the Renew Balm where he had burnt his arm whilst cooking. The scars were almost gone after 5 days! Dawn Tan shared: This thick cream literally melts into my skin. With a newborn, I wash my hands a lot with soap and have relied heavily on this to restore my hands. Before using this I had peeling cuticles and very dry skin thanks to the hard water. After using it for a year faithfully, I can, hand on heart, say that it has saved my hands from cracking from cold and wind. I also love that it smells like chocolate – my 2 year old loves the smell too and calls it Mummy’s magic cream. I wanted to mark our 6th birthday with a celebration of reviews and testimonials from customers, sharing your results from using the products. It seems like yesterday when I decided to increase the production of my personal favourite batch of Nourishing Face Balm into samples for distribution and trial.I was never really sure what would happen, if there would be a market for all-natural skincare products, or if anyone would like the products I make.

The best feedback so far has been from my client who has been using the Nourishing Face Balm amongst other products. One time, the waiter handed her the Kid’s Menu, and another time, the shop assistant asked her for ID when attempting to purchase alcohol!That still makes me giggle every time.Thanks for sharing these amazing comments Jeannine xx.

Many of you recently took part in Voting for Essentially Lili’s Health Beauty and Wellness Awards. Whilst I had never been nominated for anything before, I was beyond ecstatic when you all jumped in to vote for both my business and me as a person.You have NO idea how delightful it is to receive and read the screenshots, comments and testimonials.You made me feel validated, as the Magic Pot creator who has a purpose for helping you feel confident about yourself!

On the 9th of March, the deliberation by the panel was to take place. Later that evening, the quick announcement was made! ‘Best Online Skincare & Wellbeing Retailer Switzerland’ had been awarded to Essentially Lili.

You can ask my kids, I read it out loud, arms in the air ‘YES’, so happy and excited.I mean, seriously, that’s amazing right? I took a copy of the announcement and shared it with my family and closest before posting it on Social Media. How exciting to receive this award! I felt like my hard work had been recognised, first and foremost, by You, my Clientele, and then by the Selection Panel.

This is what I want to remember about the whole Health, Beauty and Wellness Awards Experience. Whilst for me it was and still is important to feel validated, the most important people for what I do is You.When your kids select my product over the other choices at home, or when you tell me you need to stock up in case I take a break, your request for my brand and loyalty are so much more than anything else. This has been the quotation and moto I loved from the beginning, in 2015, when I first found it on the boxes that became part of my market stand. I hope you all had a wonderful start to the new decade, 2020. With so many events both good and bad happening around the globe, I wanted to begin our Newsletter year with happy testaments and reviews, as sharing your stories is both a privilege & honour,  especially since these are personal struggles, frustrations and persistence to reach your goals.  If there’s one thing I can encourage you through this Blog is to Never Give Up.

I’d like to share some new Testimonials that have been sent to me over the past year, when I wrote the last Testimonial Blog.Starting with the Nourishing Face Balm and Frankincense Face Serum , this dynamic duo are so wonderfully soft and hydrating, that seriously one or two drops is sufficient for your whole face to feel uplifted.

Snippets of glee commenced coming in from various locations in Switzerland, starting with this:
‘My pots of pure goodness have arrived. #natural #handmadecosmetics #youngandbeautiful. I have Nourishing Face Balm and samples of products I haven’t tried before.’

For the Frankincense Face Serum a lovely lady shared this:
‘I never believed anything external applied on the skin could work. But Essentially Lili has changed my belief.I have been using Frankincense Face Serum and it has worked wonders for me. My skin has a glow and looks healthy and nourished now. Thank you, Lili for such wonderful products.’

I Love this Testament regarding Cool Eyes :
’I am a working mom of 2 young children with lots of stress and not enough sleep.That makes my eyes look tired all the time. I was desperately looking for products to help my eyes and feel fresher.And then I was finally advised to try this product. The Cool Eyes was Love at first smell! For the Over 50’s classy modern woman, I created Diamond Era Balm with the Diamond Era Serum.
The ingredients chosen not only hydrate the skin, but give it an additional boost, especially if you’ve spent many hours out and under the harsher conditions of the sun. A customer writes:

My friend from the U.K took a chance with the Mens Aftershave Care bundle. He shared this:

The other products used for Acne, or Acne/Rosacea are the Evanesce Balm , Vitamin Rich Womens Face Balm, Vitamin Rich Mens Face Balm, together with the Magic Serum and either of the Cleansers.

Another product is the Sun Kissed Balm which was created for Sunspots and discolouration, but not freckles. A customer shares:
‘I recently bought the Cypress Cleansing Balm and Sun Kissed Balm. Oh Wow, so good. My skin really loves them.I still suffer a break out in spots when my cycle comes around, but your potions really help to calm it all down.So thank you!’

Another fantastic message from a woman using the Sun Kissed Balm:
‘Lili, I kept meaning to message.I love the Sun Kissed Balm , and think it is improving my sun damage slowly. It also seems to be somehow drying up oily spots which I have had on my temples since Spring.I love the smell and feel of the balm.

Babies are our pride and joy, and nothing breaks our hearts more than when our little ones are suffering with their skin. With this is mind, I wanted to make skincare for kids that was not only gentle but effective for keeping it hydrated and soft all year round.Recently, my customer wrote to me about her baby girl:
‘I really love the products I have seen so far from you. The real only concern I have, what IF you move away some day, or for who know what reason, you stop producing?What will one do then? Returning to what we used before?Oh my god, my little 2.5 year old is already in love with the Natural Baby Moisturising Oil. For me, no matter how old the person I’m helping is, getting the result is the ultimate goal. And these messages always make me the happiest.

What about that irritating skin condition, Eczema.I absolutely detest it, how it makes your skin feel, irritated, dried out, swollen, cracked, bleeding, itching and so utterly annoying.The other condition similar to this is Psoriasis which can have flare ups just as bad on the skin.
